Description

Lessons are prepaid. Only students with prepaid trial lessons or lessons modules can book a lesson.

If for any circumstance a student can not complete the lessons he/ she paid for, then he/ she can ask for a refund. Please note that any fees charged by the bank, Paypal, etc when the payment was processed will be discounted to this amount.

Lessons can be paid directly in this site (using a card or your Paypal credit), though a direct Paypal transference from your account or by bank transference (bank account details will be provided under request). Once the payment is confirmed a receipt or invoice will be sent to your email address.

There is a cancellation policy. If the lesson it is cancelled within less than 24 hours before the lesson, it will be fully charged.

The lessons are 60 minutes long, but if you are looking for a more intensive course you could choose instead taking 1,5h or 2h long lessons.

The lessons can take place via Skype, Google Hangouts or other suitable platform for you.

For every friend you refer you will get a 60 minutes lesson for free, when he/ she has booked at least 6 lessons.  Please note, you will get the discount only once your friend has booked a total of at least 6 hours.

Normally, the lessons are one-to-one lessons. However, if you have a friend or family member with the same level in Spanish as you, then we might agree on creating a mini group (maximum 3 students). Please note that in this case there will be a small extra charge for every extra student.

Material: the material we will use during the lessons depends on the kind of course you choose. For the general Spanish lessons I recommend following a course book, not included in the price, completed with extra material created by me. For the other courses most of the material will be created specifically for your needs and send your periodically.
