• Booking: Lessons must be prepaid to confirm your slot.
• Cancellation policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson will be charged in full.
• Payment confirmation: You will receive a receipt by email once your payment is confirmed.
• Refunds: If you are unable to complete your paid lessons, you can request a refund. Any bank or payment processing fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
• Lesson length: Lessons are 60 minutes by default. Longer or shorter sessions can be arranged based on your needs.
• Referral program: For current and former students only. Refer a friend and get a free 60-minute lesson once they’ve booked a total of 4 lessons.
• Group lessons: The price shown is for one-to-one lessons. Please contact me for group pricing.
